Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At My Smart Agenda, all of our products are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the files have been made available for download. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Digital Products Are Final Sale
All sales of planners, templates, and other downloadable files are final.
Once your payment is processed and the download link is sent, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Technical Support & File Access Issues
If you cannot access or download your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will:
- Verify your order details.
- Provide a fresh download link or alternative file if the original is corrupted.
No refund will be issued, but we will work promptly to ensure you receive a functional copy of your product.
Defective or Incomplete Files
In the rare event that a downloaded file is defective, incomplete, or fails to open:
We will replace the file at no extra charge.
If we cannot provide a working file within 5 business days, we may offer store credit equivalent to your original purchase amount.

No Other Exceptions
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for āchange of mind,ā compatibility issues with third-party apps, or failure to read product descriptions.
